Microwave plants for simultaneous cooking and pasteurisation from Gigatherm AG

This spring we had the pleasure of installing a pasteurisation unit with 180 kW microwave power. The order was delivered on time despite various delivery bottlenecks. High product quality in the convenience food sector is thus also ensured in the future.
