Since February, the appliances belonging to the Gigatherm Gourmet System (GG-Sys) have been at the gibb vocational school in Bern. Here, apprentices have the opportunity to work with a new generation of hot air ovens, microwave ovens and smokehouses and discover new product possibilities.
There is now smoked vanilla glacé or smoked risotto, fresh cooked broccoli in 2 minutes without loss of color or nutrients, and a soufflé baked at 200°C on the “low” fan setting.
There are no limits to the ideas of the learners, because that is exactly what the appliances were developed for.
