Yesterday, for the first time, all three courses were prepared with the appliances of our new series “Gigatherm Gourmet System”.

For the main course we had a salmon saddle. First we seared it in a pan and then simmer in the “Gigatherm Gourmet Smoker”. In addition, the salmon was given a special beech smoke flavor.

Next course was the pumpkin risotto. Hollow out a pumpkin, prepare the risotto with the pumpkin pieces and fill it. Then we put the whole pumpkin in the “Gigatherm Gourmet hot air oven” to gratinate. Also was prepared in the hot air oven, red and yellow beet.

And of course the dessert may not be missing at the end. Salzburger Nockerln & Plum Roaster. Prepare the plum roaster in the “Gigatherm Gourmet Microwave”. Put the Salzburger Nockerln mixture on the roaster and finish baking in the GGH.
